Holidays at Passo Mendola between Valle dell´Adige and Val di Non

Passo Mendola is the connection between Valle dell´Adige and Val di Non and the deepest gorge in the Mendola mountain crest. Here at an altitude of 1,363 m above sea level you enjoy a breath-taking view of the Dolomites.

The pass road with 15 turns and a splendid panoramic view is very popular amongst cyclists and motor bikers. If you prefer to avoid the turns you can take the Mendola funicular railways. It was built in 1903 and is the longest and steepest funicular railway in Europe.

Passo Mendola provides an attractive holiday destination during all seasons! In summer you can avoid the extreme heat of the valley, in winter you enjoy the Mendola Ruffrè ski resort and the people at the pass.
